you can get short extension cords, around 8 inches or so to plug the wall
warts in to and make them fit power strips and things. I forget where I got
them but I got a bunch of them a few years ago and they come in very handy.
They go under a lot of names, but maybe someone can point you in the right
direction if you're interested in those.
