I've been extremely lucky in that my employer's group plan has covered
both of my cochlear implant surgeries.  I am going to have to use some
of my flex spending account money for a new wheelchair but as it's
money I've set aside via payroll deductions, it won't be a problem,
and it won't count against my lifetime max.

By the way, everyone, PLEASE trim your replies - only include the
quoted parts that are pertinent to your replies.  This is a strong
request from ICORS, the people who host our listserv.
