Lou, all of the equipment shows nothing wrong with the coax, ladder line or
antenna.
The radio is doing 80 watts.
The center is 50 foot on the tower.
The antenna is oriented northwest and southwest.
It is in what is best described as a sloping inverted v.
So who knows.
Maybe one day it will start working.

I have to say, Junior, I'm quite puzzled by your problems down there. 
Usually, just being in Florida is a big advantage to the transmitted signal 
because of the high salt water table.  I've worked many hams using 100 watts

or less and sometimes with less than optimal antennas like long-wires, and 
with remarkable signals. I sure hope you figure out what's going on some day
