I have found the H R O at Anaheim,Ca, to be very friendly and
accommodating to deal with. Several years ago when I purchased my TS480SAT
They charged me for the VGS1, but did not charge me labor, which is what
Burghhart was plannin to do. It worked the same way when at different times
I purchased my two TMV71As. I will probably give them a call when I buy
again.
