Happy New Year, may 2010 bring you health, happiness and lots of good
gluten-free eating.

There is nothing better to sustain you on a cold winter's day than a
steaming bowl of Lara's Gluten-Free oatmeal porridge. GF oatmeal is
nutritious, a good source of fiber and has a low glycemic index, oatmeal
raises your blood sugar slowly after eating it. Hot cereal not your thing -
then use it to make granola, granola bars or oatmeal cookies. Lara's
Gluten-Free Oat flour is also great addition to your GF flours. It gives a
nice nutty taste and another way to add fiber to your diet.

Use our Product Locator to find our products at a store near you or one of
the on-line stores carrying our products. For healthy oat recipe ideas check
