Do you assume that washing dishes in a dishwasher will remove the
gluten. I am concerned that a senior meal site that recycles plastic
three compartment containers for their home delivered meals may be
contaminated. Do you worry about dishes in restaurants or even your own
home if your home is not gluten free? Any information would be
appreciated.
