Hi everyone
Suzanne Simpson (dietitian at the Celiac Disease Center Columbia University)
and I have been given a grant by CSA to develop a free resource
for dietitians to use with individuals who have both
diabetes and celiac disease. This resource includes
nutritional information for an extensive number of
gluten-free products. If you are a manufacturer of
gluten-free foods and nutritional information for your products
is not available on your website and you have not already
sent us information please let me know if you would like
to be included. We will be finishing this portion of the project soon.
