I sent Mary a private message and got no reply so I'm wondering if anybody can explain this part of the message she sent Dec. 17 concerning the sausage that didn't agree with her (BTW, pretty much every sausage I know of is GF, except perhaps beer sausage. Cavanagh certainly appears to be GF).

I live in Virginia and have been in every state in the South, and as far as I an tell EVERYBODY has health codes and meat standards. Can Mary or anybody else enlighten me as to what I'm missing? And what does being in the South have to do with Sam's, which is a national chain?
