Dry Stuff
3/4C Gluten Free Bisquick
1/2tsp Salt
1/4tsp Paprika
1/8tsp Cayenne Pepper
Wet Stuff
4oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4tbs Chilled Butter
1 Egg
1tsp Ice Water
Mix dry stuff together, then add butter and cheese and pulse in food
processor until the mixture comes to a crumbly pea sized consistency. Add
egg and water until dough comes together. Chill in plastic wrap in fridge
for at least 1 hour. Roll to 1/4inch or less. Cut. Bake at 400degrees for
10-15 minutes until the edges are crispy. Sprinkle with salt. For best
results toss them in the toaster oven for a few minutes before enjoying!
Store in an air tight container.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
