Talked with the manager at The Counter at Santana Row in San Jose, CA.  He told me that all "Bay Area" California The Counters will be switching to Udi's hamburger buns within a week or two.  They are currently using EnerG hamburger buns, but were not getting great reviews.  Enjoy!
