Dear Doris,
It's possible that they need to control it first, with medication,
since like Sandy said, which is very true, that a reading of almost
400 is quite high and would definite mostlikely require medication to
get that down, and yes, it can cause substancial damage to kidneys,
heart, liver, etc.
I'm praying that you will consider taking your doctor's advice. <smile>
Even my diabetes can't be controlled by diet yet, but I hope that changes soon.
