I agree, sweetie, and I question ALL doctors, only I only ever see them once a decade, lol, for good reason.  If you get any good answers, I would like to know.  Me, I would rather rely on homeopathics, etc, but when my heart beats 220 mph I have to do something FOR NOW, lol.

Howdy all,

I'm wondering if there are any web resources for interpreting a blood test
from the paleo perspective?

I've got a blood test I had done a couple of years ago. I'm thinking of
redoing it. I don't really understand most of the tests listed but I'm
familiar with the cholesterol/HDL/triglyceride tests from lurking on this
list. My doctor did not really give me any information about the results of
the test aside from saying everything looked normal.

There is little interpretation of the test on it. I'd like to expand my
knowledge of what the tests mean and further be able to go back and get a
new test that hopefully will give me a snapshot of changes in my health
since the last one.

I'm semi-paleo, meaning I'm not really following the diet exclusively but
the perspective informs all my choices certainly. Any websites that have a
good primer on this type of information would be helpful, or threads on this
subject from this list.

Thanks.

Todd
