make sure the speech therapist knows about different options for input to devices. for instance, i know a woman who uses her head to bump a device attached to the head rest of her chair. it might be helpful to have an OT there too. (occupational therapist)

Harleen, A communications evaluator would be a speech therapist.  What you need to do is ask your sister's doctor for a prescription for her to see a speech therapist, then go to the speech therapist.
