outlook is office, not windows. I do know someone using windows 7 and he has 
been for the last few betas up to current and he likes it but of course 
there are some things that won't run on there that will on older OS's that 
may be a problem. What I'm curious about though is the virtual windows XP 
that can be part of windows 7, if that would work with speech, that might 
make me want to make the move in a few months.
