Sorry about your back pain, Phil. Do you bend your knees when you lift or
move things?
My husband used to build sets for shows, and once he hurt his back so badly
that he spent a day on the family room floor because it hurt so bad. I even
had to bring him plastic containers to go to the bathroom in, because he
couldn't get up. He hasn't had anything that severe since then, but he
still has to be really careful with his back, and often sleeps in a chair or
the couch when he feels it starting to hurt from overuse.
