The weather is cooperating - the snow stopped and the sun is shining just in time for 
· Our first meeting of the New
Year - Bread Baking Event/Contest 

–Solon Library  


· This meeting’s theme is
bread, so come with a loaf of your favorite home baked gluten free sandwich,
cornbread, sweet bread, bagels, or other gluten
free bread. (store bought bread is OK too if it is good)




· Bring your favorite bread
and your recipe to share. If you have no idea how to bake gluten free bread,
come learn how!

Everyone attending will receive a free gluten free bread recipe booklet!

Soup Pot 34376 Aurora Rd in Solon will
start carrying gluten free baked goods including five different kinds of gluten free artisan breads-$9, muffins & cinnamon
rolls-$2each, and cookies- $1.50 each, starting Saturday,
January 23rd.  They will be sampling the bread from 11-7pm that
Saturday.  







Why
wait until then to try these tasty gluten free treats; I will have more
