Near the end of Dr. Fasano's paper in Scientific American, he writes about new 
research that has so far shown that delaying the introduction of gluten until after 
12 months of age resulted in a fourfold decrease in the likelihood of developing 
CD!  This is important information to get out to parents who are making this
