Does anyone have a GF flour coating for fried chicken that turns out to be
crispy? I have one for baked chicken using GF flour, rice crispy cereal and
GF bread crumbs, but I'm looking for a coating that is strictly flour - no
potato flakes or potato chips or corn flakes. Please don't suggest pre-mixed
coating mixes - I prefer not to spend the extra money on a mix that I don't
use often. Maybe this isn't possible...?
