Hi All!

I have small intestinal bacterial overgrowth that I am trying to control.
I'm on my second round of antibiotics right now. The first ones did really
well but did not last. I'm on different antibiotics now, but I don't want to
necessarily have to do antibiotic maintenance for my overgrowth. It was
recommended that I change my probiotic (I currently take the probiotic
supplement, Align).

I would really like the good bacteria to take over my gut again. Are there
any probiotics that come highly recommended to treat bacterial overgrowth?

Thanks for any input.

Lori
