Just wanted to let everyone know that we went to Medieval Times 
yesterday (in Schaumberg, IL, but they are all over the US), and they 
had no problems with serving me a non-gluten meal. The serving wench :) 
even knew that "I can't eat wheat" meant gluten-free.
