I made a gluten free Party Mix at Christmas that was yummy. If you follow the below recipe and substitute gluten free ingredients (Rice Chex, gf pretzels, gf cheerio type cereal, gf cheese puffs, peanuts, etc.) it turns out yummy. I do mine in the microwave instead of the oven and it's fast and easy.
Party Mix
1/4 cup butter
3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups Corn Chex cereal
2 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
1 cup cheese crackers or garlic bagel chips
1 cup mixed nuts or peanuts
1 cup pretzels
1 cup Cheerios
Mix Corn, Rice and Wheat Chex, nuts, pretzels, cheese crackers or bagel chips (broken) and Cheerios in a bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Add seasonings and mix well. Add cereal mixture to butter mixture and mix until all dry ingredients are coated.
Cook in microwave for 6 minutes on high, stirring completely every 2 minutes. Use a large rubber spatula to stir. Pour out on paper towels or newspaper to cool. Store in airtight container.
Makes 10 cups.

Two things come to mind for super bowl treats.
Chips/salsa/guoc (i love homemade salsa and guoc)
Chilli in croc pot. I make mine for 8 hrs overnight and most places you should be able to plug in. Need to bring the usual others like cheese, sour cream, gf crackers (so there is no mistake)
I can send you my chilli and/or guoc recipe if you would like it.

Below are 3 recipes - perhaps more than you bargained for but I think they are all good. If you have questions, please ask. - Sharon
BACON WATER CHESTNUTS
2 cans whole water chestnuts (cut in halves)
Bacon (Oscar Meyer) - cut each into thirds—vertical
Wrap each water chestnut with bacon using flat toothpicks; poke through; put
on broiler pan at 425° for 10 min; place in Pyrex dish
Pour over (per 1 can chestnuts):
1 C catsup
3/4 C brown sugar
Bake 20-25 min at 325° or until bacon is crisp.
POPCORN/WHITE CHOCOLATE FINGER FOOD
(in gift bags — Sharon Larson)
Mix together in large bowl the following:
14 cups popped popcorn
16 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts (Be sure and read the label; get one that has nothing but “peanuts” in it)
3 cups GF Crispy R
ice
Melt the following in microwaveable bowl — on med heat:
1 1/2 lb. white almond bark (usually found around the chocolate chips in grocery store–Krogers is okay; call for other brands)
3 Tbsp GF peanut butter
Pour melted over dry mixture; mix and spread out to dry. If need the mix to dry quickly, put in refrig for a short time. Store in container and enjoy.
MEXICORN DIP
2 – 11 oz cans Mexicorn drained
1 cup Mayo or Miracle Whip
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Mild
8 oz Sour Cream
3-4 green onions chopped
1 - 4 oz can diced Green Chilies drained
1 – 4 oz can chopped Jalapeños drained & seeds removed (If you want hotter, you can leave seeds in)
Just stir together, chill if desired and enjoy!! I recommend the GF crackers (I can't think of the name now but can get it for you -- Crunchmaster or something like that from Sam's - whole grain and wonderful).
