The Canadian Celiac Association is having a national convention May
29-31, 2009 in Waterloo, Ontario, just a 90 minute drive north of
Buffalo or 60 minutes west of Toronto.

The program will focus on diagnosing celiac disease, current research,
and identifying food that is gluten free. Program highlights include a
keynote address from Dr. Markku Maki, developer of the BioCard home
test for celiac disease and a panel discussion on “Gluten-free food –
what does it take to produce it and why is it so expensive?” More than
40 vendors will offer you a chance to taste and purchase the latest
new GF products.

For more information, visit www.kwceliac.org and click on 2009 Conference.
