Hi Kathy Jo,

I would suggest an adult education class at a Junior college in writing. Often they have classes on how to tell your own story.  Maybe your church knows somebody who is a writer or editor.  You can also get ideas from your local library or book store.  Have you read Geri Jewell's new book? "I'm walking as straight as I can"?  she's had a really unbelievably hard life, but she took it and kept believing in herself.

Thanks,
Tamar
