Three important lessons here:
1) NEVER use the same email addresses for Facebook that you would for your
important emails.
2) NEVER click on links to FB apps - I don't - I have even stopped playing
Scrabble on FB because my virus scanner tagged it as dangerous.
3) NEVER allow a socal networking site to use your email address book to
send invitations.
