Well what's the difference if they spend their time on the phone or if 
they're messing around on the computer chat rooms? Or if they're texting 
away on their cell phones.

Well, there are lots of blind people who apparently have nothing better =
to do with their time than talk on the phone.  Just look at Philmore or =
My Telespace and see how much time some of them spend on those services.
