Hi Tannis,
Yes ,this is an old one.
Since it happened via the keyboard ,the same is used to get it back
straight-up.
Most likely it's Alt+Ctrl and the cursor keys.
If not successful ,you'll need to do it via the Display properties or the
graphics card control panel settings.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Screen and windows sideways
Hi all,
I hope this is a hardware problem and easily solved.
I have a HP 17 inch laptop running Windows 7.
I went to sit down at my desk and inadvertently touched the keyboard.
Somehow in doing so this is the result.
Whatever I hit on the keyboard caused my screen plus any windows that I open
to go sideways. In other words
A page that is usually N S E and W is now
N is in the W position
W is in the S position
S is in the E position
and E is in the N position
I have tried to position my cursor on the edge and rotate the picture to no
avail.
If I am making sense, does anyone know what I did and how to correct it?
TIA
tannis z TN
