My best idea is what I have used for years and that is use heavy gage shield 
RG8 coax as a ground wire running to an eight foot ground rod outside.  I 
then disconnect the feed line of my antenna to a barrel connector and screw 
it on to the wire going out to the rod.  Then I know it will get to ground 
in a hurry.
