A number of years ago, specifically the first year category f was implemented, we were transmitting from the eoc in Prince George's county however, the gasfet arrester has opened up a couple nights earlier when he had a severe thunderstorm.  Needless to say we blew up a perfectly good Yaesu 757gx.
