Has anybody who is gluten-intolerant attended a National Convention? I am
starting to panic with the details of this trip.  I signed up early, as soon
as the principal said yes.

My major concern is that I am gluten intolerant or celiac.  I can't remember
if there was a way to request gluten-free meals or if I should be trying to
get in touch with someone now.  I have signed up for some events.

I usually travel with a lot of food but found that more difficult last
summer.
