I am going to be at a conference in Tampa for a week. I'll be staying at the Embassy Suites Downtown but the conference is at the Tampa Marriott Waterside. I know that I can have a cooked breakfast at the Embassy so I most likely can eat gf safely but am concerned about the Waterside. No meals are provided at the Waterside so I will have to eat in their hotel restaurants between sessions. Is anyone familiar with that hotel? Also, I will not have a car but have a friend in Tampa. I was thinking of asking a friend to pick me up some prepared food. Is there a store in the vicinity that carries gf food?

Rose
