The beautiful and colorful fruits and vegetables make gluten-free cooking
almost fun (I would like to say easy but let’s be truthful – finding variety
in my gluten-free menu is still a challenge). I was in the market the other
day and the avocados were just perfect. So, I went a little overboard in my
avocado buying and we are eating a lot of avocados in my house this week.
With recipes like gluten-free tomato and avocado salad you won’t hear me
