Jessica,

Below is an excerpt from the BARD FAQ page regarding their two discussion
lists: BARD Support and BARD Discuss.

In a nutshell, you use the general BARD contact email address to request to
be put on one or both of the lists .

If you haven't heard from anyone after a reasonable period of time, you
might want to write again to follow up, forwarding your original email as an
extra if you think that helps.

Ciao

BARD-Support and BARD-Discuss mailing lists
Q: How do I subscribe to these mailing lists?

A: Please send a message to [log in to unmask] stating which lists you wish
to subscribe to.
Q: What can I talk about on the lists?
A: BARD-Support is intended for support discussions only. Use BARD-Support
to post questions about the BARD service, its content, and its use. NLS will
monitor this list closely in order to provide timely support, but
subscribers are also welcome to provide answers to support questions if

A: Please send a message to [log in to unmask] stating you wish to
unsubscribe.

Q: Can you temporarily suspend my subscription to the mailing lists?
A: Yes. Please send a message to [log in to unmask] when you want your
subscription suspended. You will have to send another message to have your
subscription turned back on.
