This job is in Atlanta, Georgia.
ClearAnswer is currently looking to fill a part-time position for
an IT/Telephony specialist. The position requirements are as
follows:
EXPERIENCE
· Experience with JAWS scripting.
· Practical, hands-on experience building and repairing
PC’s.
· Experience with networking protocols.
· VoIP and/or SIP familiarity a plus.
JOB DUTIES
· Assist clients and placement partners in scripting of
standard and proprietary software.
· Assist visually impaired users with accessibility and
usability issues.
· Provide support of telephony, workstations, applications
and peripherals.
· Design, deploy and train on new technology
· Use troubleshooting and maintenance software tools to
configure and maintain voice and data networks.
· Must be able to lift at least 50lbs, be comfortable on a
ladder, be able to use punch down tools and be able to identify
cabling color coding.
