I also eat a moderate carb load, probably 150g a day. I'm currently doing a fairly serious CrossFit 3 days on, 1 day off schedule, and I have symptoms of excess cortisol if I go too low carb. Also, I simply don't make progress with body fat reduction and strength building, and I become much less interested in working out.
