One thing that mimics allergy shots for desensitiztion, and would be
paleo, is raw honey. If you can buy some local honey, eat a bit every
day. It contains small amounts of the allergens, and so will work like
densitiztion shots over time to build up the immunity to local species.
Ideally, of course, you would have wanted to start that at least a month
or two ago, but it's a good thing to remember for future allergy
seasons. You might need to buy the honey this year to innoculate
yourself next spring.

Waiting for berry season up here...the wild raspberries are just
flowering now.
