Fell out of my chair taking clothes out of the dryer. Not bad, just a
pulled muscle but the pain triggered the spasticity which made the pain
worse which made it spasm more, etc etc. You know how it goes. Fortunately
I was able to break the cycle today and and am more comfortable so I will go
back to work tomorrow. I can do gentle yoga stretches at my desk if I don't
overdo it.
This isn't the first time I've done this and I'm sure it won't be the last.
