AAM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - September 29, 2007. Don't Miss Out!!!!!

*****************************************************************

You're right. But really, let's face it. Women, for the most part, decide to say yes or to say no, (in relationships...I'm not referring to violence and force) and thereby afford males rights and privileges they haven't committed to accepting the responsibility for. And yes, I did read the study about premarital sex in previous decades; however, the majority of those early experiences resulted in marriage for the parties in question. Men used to know and understand that unless you were paying for it, the price of a sexual union was marriage, commitment, responsibility and accountability. Women understood that, as well. Men grew up expecting to marry and have responsibilities that they would have to carry out. Not anymore. Now, men can extend their adolescence well into their 40s and 50s and never assume any responsibility for anyone else nor make any commitments to anyone other than themselves. Such self-centeredness, self-absorption and focus on self-gratification are the ha
llmarks of youth...we are supposed to grow out of that. There's no reason for males to do this in today's society; they can get whatever they want with no looking back. For example: serial monogamy. What is up with that?

This took a great deal of time."
