                           HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

********************************************************

Vera,

Of course I know the Supreme Court made corporations "people" back in the
1880s using the Amendments that were meant to grant rights and citizenship
to the Africans who were enslaved. The whole point of Murray Hill Inc. is
tongue-in-cheek.

Jon

This is not new. That is the whole point behind the 'corporation,' that it
is a separate entity. That is how a corporation can own property and assets
but the people who created and run the corporation do not own anything.

The one exception would be the Soylent Green Corporation...it actually is
people!
