John,
I haven't taken the conversation out of context at all. Republicans wanted schools to instruct students about criminal sexual activity with respect to underage people. You cannot deny this is happening to the detriment of our young males and our young females. This is the uncomfortable side of 'sex education' and 'condom hand-outs' that cannot and should not be ignored. While people are patting themselves on the back and receiving 'kudos' our young women--and men--are being 'not raped.'
Why commend ourselves for 'having' to dispense contraception to young people in the first place? That is not something to be proud of.
