Well folks...our Green Cafe has been open for 8 weeks now and I think it’s
working...!

Here is a little description of what we’re doing( our menu is on our
website) for you to check out.

I look forward to seeing you if you get to the West Reading area. A great
excuse to stop by for breakfast or lunch and do some shopping at the
outlets.

And a special thanks to all of you that have made Good Eatz such a success,
Rick

At last, there’s a restaurant in Berks County for people who care about
being health-conscious socially-responsible. From gluten-free/dairy-free to
vegan, Good Eatz Green Café has it all focusing on locally-sourced or Fair
Trade ingredients that are over 85% organic. They take the “green” concept
even further by using Energy-Star appliances, earth-friendly cleaners,
recycled paper products, no-VOC paint on the walls, compostable take-out
containers and trash bags. They’re so green even the straws are
compostable!

You’ll be able to have gluten free bagels, waffles, wraps, homemade rolls
and breadsticks. Have the choice of fruit, potato and even pasta salads that
you know are gluten free. Daily soups such as creamy tomato bisque, Asian
beef with watercress and jasmine rice and our mixed mushroom stew with a
polenta crisp which is dairy free as well as gluten free! When it’s gluten
free, it won’t just be some pasta or frozen pizza but eclectic & healthy
bistro fare with freshly baked rolls and desserts that you can enjoy in a
safe environment.

The Café is certified by the GREAT Program for gluten-free practices and the
staff is Serve Safe Certified. Visit the Good Eatz Green Café located on
eclectic Penn Avenue in West Reading, PA, just one block from the
world-famous Vanity Fair Outlets and see how easy it is being green!

If you can’t make it to West Reading and still want some natural and tasty
baked goodies, hints, resources, just go to our new website and see what’s
going on this week.
