I was reading a back issue of my Guideposts magazine and came across The
Right RX article by Keren Baltzer. Severe migraines for Keren were a
medical mystery. Finally a doctor tested her for gluten and wheat
sensitivities. Voila!

Two (eight-ounce) packages Ancient Harvest Quinoa Rotelle pasta
Five TBSP olive oil, divided
Two boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
Two cloves garlic, thinly sliced
One onion, finely chopped
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
One-half cup chicken broth
One bunch broccoli, florets divided into 1-inch pieces (stems discarded)
One-half cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add pasta; cook till al dente, 8 to 10
minutes. Drain; set aside.
2. Warm 3 tablespoons oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken,
garlic and onion; season with salt and pepper. Cook till chicken is cooked
