In the past, I've tried to make gluten-free matzo balls from scratch, but
they turned out as disappointing matzo lumps.
During Passover, I can get my hands on Paskesz Pesach Crumbs and Lieber's
Knaidel mix, both of which make great gluten-free matzo balls. I basically
use the recipe on the box -- nothing fancy there. I've posted my gluten-free
