These are the Colorado responses I got about Boulder. We have stayed in
Boulder before and it certainly was one of the easiest places to eat!

We live in Boulder and there are a number of great restaurants. Solo Grill is a
favorite for upscale Mexican food that has a dedicated GF menu. I think the
owner has 3 local restaurants and has Celiac so he's worked that in.
Others are The Kitchen, Sunflower, 4580, Beau Jo's pizza. I've also found
recently that a number of other restaurants I've called are knowledgeable
about gluten and have several options to accommodate. It's a very health-
minded community.

the state.
