Protein is in both the yolk and the white; in fact, egg white is pretty much
pure protein. Yolk's advantage is richness in sulfur bearing amino acids
cysteine and methionine.

Since your ideas about egg protein are unfounded, one wonders what 'other
things' you think are found in egg white?

Raw eggs work if you know their source, otherwise risk of infection by
pathogens is a real risk.

A cost-effective source of myriad proteins online is the protein factory in
New Jersey. You can have whey isolate and either whole egg or egg white
blended. Bodybuilders avoid egg yolk simply due to the fat calories.

I would say, if you remove the protein powder and the flax seed, yes.
Why egg white protein powder? Just use real eggs. Besides, the protein is
in the yolk. If it's egg white protein powder it has some other things in it
besides egg whites.

Subject: Protein drinks

Hi Folks,
I posted a few weeks back about raw milk kefir. After reading your
comments I stopped using same. I am now making a breakfast shake of egg
white protein powder, raw egg, coconut milk, coconut oil, ground flax seed,
cinnamon, with a small piece of banana and small handful of berries.
Is this ok for a paleo breakfast?

Cheers,

Robin
