Hi Jack,

Through much experimentation with myself over the years, since going to an
all-meat diet (well I do have non-meat things on occasion ;) I do not have
problems with constipation. Usually if I do have problems, it is because I
either ate veggies or anything else. I'm not sure how much fruit you eat,
but fruit never made me constipated. :)

want to keep regular but I'm sure as other has found, our diet CAN create
some heavy duty deposits in the old WC. After talking to a number of people,
including my doctor I've been told I consume too much fibre [since my diet
is basically meat, fish, some fruit and raw veg] - I probably consume too
much of one type of fibre [soluble or insoluble, I never remember] - I
recently had to take some laxatives called Senokot which work quite well,
but I'm hoping to add something to my daily supplementation that keeps me
regular!
