A pound of Grassland grassfed 75% lean ground beef has 66 grams of  
protein per my calculations.  Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that the  
ground beef was all I ate that day.  I also had eggs and bacon and  
maybe something else too.  Total protein was very close to 100g.
