It looks like these are readily available online for not too much money. 
Try Ebay and do a search for "socket 478 retention bracket" or something to 
that effect.  You can also use the Google Shopping search page to cast a 
larger net, if you'd rather not fool with ebay.

I've a Biostar Socket478 MoBo on which one of the hooks on the cooler
