Thanks for the updates and info.  I was thinking of cutting my protein
consumption down.  It make sense that hunger and appetite would go down when
there is enough fat consumed. I think many people having problems with
"paleo" are eating too much protein or carbs.  I now from personal
experience it is very easy to do both.
