  Funny you should mention Pemmican. I just purchased 6 lbs of grassfed Beefalo and a lb of tallow. Will try to make it this coming week. There is a lot of work involved in paleo eating! Fortunately I'm retired.

But it would not have in the past. This list was set up for followers 
of the NeanderThin style of paleo eating. No such processed product 
would be paleo. Especially when so many paleo foods are high protein.

Ray Audette ate homemade pemmican for his high protein snack.
