Hi All,

So I did a little experiment this morning. I did not take my fasting BG this
morning. After getting up I had 1/4 cup of coffee and a little bit of mate
tea. About an hour or more later I checked my BG and it was only 78. I ate
some salmon and palm oil - that was about 2 hours ago. I just checked my
blood sugar again and it is 122. Isn't that kind of high considering I only
ate salmon and palm oil? I wonder if my blood sugar stays relatively high
during the day and that's why I am so hungry all the time.

I will only have water now and then will check it again in about 2 hours to
see what it is doing.

Thanks,

Kristina
